A comprehensive oral exam involves much more than simply ensuring your teeth are clean. During this exam, Dr. Boulos will inspect not only your teeth but also all of your oral soft tissues, including gingiva, oral mucosa, and more.
The dentist will also take a medical and dental history, asking about your medications, previous dental procedures, etc. X-rays may also be taken. Additionally, you will receive a check for cavities, bite and jaw issues, and oral cancer.
